Universal Nutrition Atomic 7 Review
Atomic 7 is a targeted and strategically enhanced BCAA performance supplement.
Will Universal Nutrition Atomic 7 really work? We need to look at the ingredient list to make that determination.
About Universal Nutrition Atomic 7
Atomic 7 combines the benefits of a scientifically proven 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA along with key performance ingredients such as citrulline malate, l-glutamine and l-taurine.
These potent ergogenic aids, along with BCAAs, help to not only maximize your performance in the gym but also promote recovery at the same time. But that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Atomic 7 also works on decreasing fatigue, enhancing muscle protein synthesis, increasing cell volumization, improving immune function, sparing liver and muscle glycogen, reducing muscle breakdown and even serving as a fuel source during prolonged exercise.”
Universal Nutrition Atomic 7 Ingredients
Atomic 7 uses only a few key ingredients: B6, Taurine, BCAA’s (leucine, isoleucine, and valine), citrulline malate, and glutamine.
Branched Chain Amino Acids make up to 40% of the protein found in muscle tissue and so a vital component to building retaining muscle mass. They are also essential amino acids, meaning the body cannot synthesize them itself–and so they must be attained from food sources or supplements.
B6 helps enhance the effects of amino acids into protein synthesis. It’s influential in most functions of the body involving DNA repair and is a very important vitamin.
Taurine is an effective antispasmodic and helps the body neurologically deal with stress. Taurine has also been found to be helpful in the assimilation of amino acids, and works to digest and breakdown fat in the body.
Glutamine is a powerful amino acid that is the precursor to the ATP cycle in the body. Many bodybuilders supplement with glutamine, and its partner–creatine. Glutamine has been found to stimulate the pituitary gland in the brain, helping the body produce more HGH (human growth hormone), which will greatly increase the size of muscle tissue and all functions in the body.
Citrulline malate is an effective supplement to add to other supplementing, making them more viable and potent. In this blend, citrulline malate helps the absorption rate of amino acids in the body. It doubles or triples the synthesis of protein with amino acids and so is a very functional addition to this product.
How to Take Universal Atomic 7
Universal Atomic 7 is a drink powder. Take one scoop once a day with a glass of water measuring 7 to 12 ounces. Add the powder after the water is already in the shaker or cup.
Take the supplement either before or after your workout.
Conclusion
You can find other products just like Atomic 7 on the market, but just because it’s a fairly common blend doesn’t mean that it’s ineffective. It has some promising ingredients, and we would recommend trying it if you can’t find a comparable product for a cheaper price.
Comment
Hey Brad what advice do you give to those who may cotstitune being skinny fat. At 6’0 and 162 but without visible abs I suppose I would fit into this category. Naturally there is a hesitance about losing weight when already being light, yet fat loss is required obviously. Would you recommend a strong lifting program and ESE simultaneously? Thanks.
