Vega Shake & Go Smoothie Review
Busy lifestyles make it challenging for people to do the time consuming research necessary to find that perfect dietary or protein supplement that will work well with your lifestyle.
We’ve taken the time to look into Vega Shake & Go Smoothie, an all-natural, plant-based product that has been formulated by a vegan, professional Ironman triathlete himself and is sure to give those vegetarians and vegans an option in a protein supplement.
By providing an alternative to Myotein and other protein powders that aren’t necessarily vegan friendly, this company brings a new approach to protein shakes.
This review will cover Vega Shake & Go Smoothie detailing the pros, cons and what can be found in it.
The Product
Because it’s made from all-natural, plant-based ingredients, it may be possible that Vega Shake & Go Smoothie is one of the healthiest protein supplements out there.
Since Vega Shake & Go Smoothie was formulated by a vegan himself, Brendan Brazier, also a professional Ironman triathlete and bestselling author, vegans can be sure that this will allow them to stick to their already challenging dietary lifestyle.
The Pros
Vega Shake & Go Smoothie contains no dairy, gluten, soy, wheat, or yeast – common allergens that a lot of people either have to or try to stay away from.
In every serving of Vega Shake & Go Smoothie you’ll get two servings of vegetables, 2500 milligrams of Omega 3, 6 and 9, 11 grams of complete protein, only 100 calories and 1 billion probiotic cultures.
Vega Shake & Go Smoothie comes in four different flavors sure to satisfy the sweet tooth type or the fruity lover.
Flavors are:
• Bodacious Berry
• Vanilla Almondilla
• Tropical Tango
• Choc-o-lot
Vega Shake & Go Smoothie also offers users plenty of fiber and greens in each serving.
The Problems
Like any nutritional supplement product on the market, Vega Shake & Go Smoothie may not be the best option for you.
As it is made from all-natural, plant-based products, if you are not used to using these kinds of products, your digestive system may react adversely. Consulting a health professional is always a good idea.
The Price
Vega Shake & Go Smoothie compares in price about the same as a lot of protein supplements out there and is available in a 10.6 ounce pouch that contains 10 servings for around $20-$30 per pouch.
What We Think
As a vegetarian or vegan who is looking to stick to their dietary lifestyle, Vega Shake & Go Smoothie looks like a good option because it has been formulated by a vegan and professional Ironman triathlete himself.
Vega Shake & Go Smoothie also is a good option if you don’t want to have to fire up the blender in the morning before running off to your daily routine. Just adding the powder to your water and shaking it up is all you need to do.
If you’re not one who can easily digest an all-natural, plant-based product, Vega Shake & Go Smoothie probably won’t be a good option for you. In that case, it may be a good idea to stick to Myotein or other types of powders.
All around, users are raving about Vega Shake & Go Smoothie as it is a convenient, fast option in the morning or during the busy day. Users are also reporting that they love the taste of the four different flavors.
Comment
Terrible tasting with water only.
My own Shake & Go Smoothie:
By adding one serving to my own 1% milk, (one cup), chocolate powder 2-3 tbl spoons (sometimes a banana) it tastes OK and replaces breakfast.
